Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks of softened butter (1 cup)
  • Sprinkly bling stuff (red / green / dotted sugar crystal or sprinkles)
  • Your choice of jelly or jam.

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, butter, egg and extract in together.
  2. Now mix in the flour.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Roll up teaspoon sized balls, cover with sprinkly bling stuff.
  5. Place / flatten on cookie sheet / pan / tray while leaving an impression in the center (to place jelly / jam in).
  6. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
  7. Remove, let cool, jam it up and enjoy.
