Ingredients
- 1.5 cups confectioners sugar
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 sticks of softened butter (1 cup)
- Sprinkly bling stuff (red / green / dotted sugar crystal or sprinkles)
- Your choice of jelly or jam.
Directions
- Mix sugar, butter, egg and extract in together.
- Now mix in the flour.
- Roll up teaspoon sized balls, cover with sprinkly bling stuff.
- Place / flatten on cookie sheet / pan / tray while leaving an impression in the center (to place jelly / jam in).
- Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Remove, let cool, jam it up and enjoy.
